When enrolling your child at Cassia Primary School you are required to provide the following:
- Birth certificate
- Immunisation records
- 2 x current proof of address
Children in Kindergarten must turn 4 and Pre-primary children must turn 5 before June 30. An admission form must be completed with all the details accurately filled in and signed by parent/guardian.
It is essential that the school have an alternative contact for your child in the event of an accident or illness.
All enrolments are handled by the School Officer at the school’s front office. Once the application has been accepted parent/ Guardian’s will be notified by the school.
