As Deputy Principal at Cassia Primary School, I am passionate about driving high-quality teaching and learning through a strong focus on curriculum, strategic planning, and improving educational outcomes for all students.

With a commitment to evidence-informed practice, I lead the design and implementation of whole-school approaches that align with our strategic priorities and vision for excellence. I work closely with staff to support curriculum development, assessment, and data-informed instruction, ensuring consistency and clarity across all year levels.

My role also involves leading school improvement initiatives, fostering collaborative leadership, and building staff capacity through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning. At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of purposeful planning and high expectations to create engaging, inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive.

As Deputy Principal of Whole School Impact, I provide leadership that strengthens teaching, learning, and wellbeing across all levels of the school. My role centres on driving strategic improvement, embedding high-quality systems, and ensuring staff and students are well supported to achieve success. I work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external partners to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes, while building capacity in staff through mentoring, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.

With a focus on cultivating a positive and inclusive school culture, I lead initiatives that support behaviour, transition, curriculum, and community engagement, always with the goal of helping every student reach their full potential.
